Last week I attended the 2-day Dancing for Birth Instructor Training Workshop™. What better way to help women prepare for active birth than through dancing and intuitive movement?

Now that I have completed the training, I need some pregnant volunteers to attend a free trial class. Please spread the word! And thanks to my darling daughter, Lucia, who has grudgingly agreed that I may spend her 13th birthday at this workshop!
